Lake Borumba re-opened to all water-based recreation activities

SEQWater advises that Lake Borumba has been re-opened to primary contact water-based recreation activities, such as swimming and water skiing. The lake was previously closed to these activities due to the elevated levels of blue-green algae.
Seqwater has been undertaking water quality monitoring and tests show it is now appropriate to re-open the lake
