Sundown National Park closed for implementation of pest animal control program

This alert applies to the following parks:
•Sundown National Park

Sundown National Park will be closed from 5pm Monday 9 June 2014 until Thursday 26 June 2014 inclusive. During this period, Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service will be undertaking a vertebrate pest animal control program. Visitors will have to vacate Monday afternoon of the long weekend with no extensions permitted. The public will not be permitted to enter any section of the park until Friday 27 June 2014.

Would love to be part of that adventure & be fit enough to participate. Lots of deer & goats in there but it is steep country.
