Lake Tuggeranong fishing

Video catching fish in Lake Tuggeranong ACT



I was there a little while back and was told the access is dodgy because of some conflict??   ::)

Does anyone know if this lake has public access /what type & what fish restocking goes on there?  Obviously there's Redfin, Golden Perch & Murray Cod looking at the video.
