Nah, I had not heard of GPs in Wendouree. DEPI have not at least. Possible that someone has done it either a) illegally or b) with approval (i.e. local club) but I could not find anything on google :)

Hey BW. Just checked with my mate in Ballarat and this is what he had to say:
"Mates have been getting good fish (browns) to 2kg, but just about all fish have been taken after dark between 11pm - 2am. Walking the banks and flick and twitch mudeyes. I'm yet to get up there, been too busy with work etc....like most of us.
All fish have been in close, I'm talking within 2m of the bank. This time of year they'll sit right on the edge of a night waiting for the mudeyes to hatch.
I'll suss the weed situation out in close and let you know."
