Hi Toddy, This is Camp Lake Fire. Man I really enjoyed the early morning launch for surface fish. Down there you are a quick paddle in the dark to some great lilly pads with Beaut bass under them (in season). As soon as you can see where you are throwing its on!

Just had a look at the website and it sounds like an amazing campsite.  Would be keen to know how well  the bass bite in the winter.   Though i mite brave the cold and go down there for w/e trip and find out. I will need to get some Celta's first though

Just be careful of the Ninja Attack Possum out there Toody.  They have some nice cabins up on top of the hill too.

Freakin thing got my shoes once the a hole

I was sleeping in a cabin and the freakin' thing hit the fly wire screen beside my head like a banshee.  My laundry needed an extra spray of Preen that week.

Hahaha...that will keep me awake at night.
