Title: Mary River Cod restocking

I had the honour and pleasure yesterday to release a few hundred Mary River Cod into a couple of locations on the upper Bremer River.  While these fish are totally protected in these waters, Somerset and Wivenhoe Fish Stocking Association funded the purchase of these fingerlings with funds raised outside of the SIP Scheme to assist with the recovery of the species.  Hopefully these little babies will grow big and prosper.  No pics as I was on my own and it was almost dark.
