I got it from the Ewan Maddock group.
Lot of reading I have only quickly perused page 92 onwards on re the freshwater scene which initially makes sense and attempts to rectify some of the inequalities between sip and non sip groups and also raises the question of an inland fishing license.
Cheers

I thought this had been completed and was the basis for the changes to fresh water fishing rules that occurred several months ago.

Interesting they are recommending going back to back limits, my preference is for possession limits, being easier to enforce and protecting the fish more, (stopping the filling of freezers) but bag limits are probably more easily understood by the average punter.

The SIP recommendation to "expand voluntarily" is a disappointment, that will just mean more delays for applications to go on the SIP that are are more than 4 years old now. They should have just recommended all existing applications be accepted and recommended the rules for new applications.

No idea what 68 means, they dont list any issues with the status quo on fish stocking that need to be dealt with in the summary. They might get to that when I read the full document.
