Broken wrist

What a bad time to break my wrist , just into two weeks holiday .. Fishing will be awkward . Anyone else fished with a broken wrist

I've done a wrist twice. Ask them to give you a half cast bandaged on. Then you can take it off to fish; carefully.  :tick

Broke my wrist punching my tool box 3 weeks ago  :Oops) havnt fished yet buy could still manage, chopped the end of my finger off last year and fished the next day

I would pour condensed milk down my cast.  Stopped the chafe in its tracks

     Did it when I was ten. Second day of the school holidays at Christmas. Went arse over on an unused boat ramp and broke my right wrist. It was a greenstick so they just splinted it and bandaged it , two weeks later I dropped a muddie into a pot of boiling water. It splashed all over my right hand . Big trouble. When you are ten ,thinking is not high on your priority. Instinctive responses are. I nearly shook my hand off. I think my old man was of a mind to boot me up the bum because of the language I was using but he and the old girl were laughing to hard to add to my pain. Next day it was in a full plaster. Not a good Christmas.. Ron.
