O'sheas Crossing Lake Wivenhoe
« on: June 03, 2012, 06:29:27 PM »
Fished O'sheas Crosssing at Lake Wivenhoe this afternoon. I used spinnerbaits, blades and hardbody lures, and it was the hardbody of a Garra Tarki that found 3 Bass along the edges. The weather cleared to a cracker of an arvo with absolutely no wind at all. My wife's mojo has left her, as she only caught 2 forkies :)

Cheers,
Dave.

Nice bass Dave! What really caught my eye though was the grass, makes me want to get the 9 iron out. Do they have BBQ's up there, looks like an awesome spot for a fish and a feed.

Yeah that last shot is a cracker.

Mate all the goodies up there. Even has somewhere for you to stand or sit as well as sitting options for the ladies.

Great spot.

As StevenM said, the place has everything ( even flushing toilets !!!!). Has to be one of the most well cared for public access points to the dam.
