It tells the story of Kevin Clark who grew up on the Richmond River. Over his lifetime he has seen the long term effect of in-stream barriers (including weirs) to our fish. He has quietly chipped away in the background with Fisheries, Councils and his fishing club to help out by installing a fish ladder on his local waterway. Kevin and others are now seeing some great changes to their local fish stocks.
