First time on NPD
« on: July 17, 2012, 06:07:10 PM »
I had my first day out on north pine dam today, thanks to RAYKE1983 (Ray) who let me take up a seat on his boat. We were jioned by Viper83 (Mat) who ended up catching more base the both of us. I managed to land one bass witch was my first ever it came in at 32cm. The day ended around noon ray gave me three fish to take home and cook up along with the only three redcalw that were found in all the traps. The wife was happy as she did not have to cook or clean the fish for dinner and enjoyed the taste of the redclaw along with my three kids, it was the first time any of them had tasted any.

Thankyou very much gents for giving me a chance to tag along.

Cheers
James

It was good to have you along I always enjoy taking someone new along. We didnt have a real flash day with the rain first up and another certain decky hogging all the fish but at least you caught your first bass.Think we ended up with around 15 bass all up with Matt getting 9 of them.

Cheers
Ray.

Just a comment, if you take 3 bass home by your self, you can be fined. 2 bass in possession is the rule

HE was within the law at all times as more than one person present even on the way home and no one else took fish.
It is a put and take fishery.
 Cheers
Ray
