A new charity is using fishing and mountain biking to help treat and prevent mental illnesses, including anxiety and depression.
The Fly Program has launched in the ACT and New South Wales, encouraging men to get outdoors and open up.

:youbeauty A great idea; we all know how fishing can lift the fog. But I notice it's only for NSW and the ACT. I frequently fly fish in NQ chasing sooty grunter, jungle perch and tarpon in fresh water streams- I reckon it would work wonderfully up there (and if it gets a little dull there is always the thought that a croc' may be keeping an eye on you to keep the focus).
