WARWICK REGION FISHING REPORT 6 MAY 2014

LESLIE DAM: Leslie Dam has been fairly quiet, mainly due to the miserable weather particularly over the weekend.  There were a few landed out of the boat early on Saturday morning but the conditions were pretty tough.  There were a few fish caught off the bank on bait.  Shrimps managed to catch the majority of these fish.

CONNOLLY DAM: Connolly Dam saw a little bit more action due to having more sheltered spots out of the wind.  Anglers managed to land a few nice Golden and Silver Perch on bait.  One angler landed a nice 67cm Murray Cod early Monday morning on a JMH Spinnerbait.

RIVERS/CREEKS: The rivers and creeks again proved to be the most successful for our anglers.  One local angler reported landing 15 fish in the Pratten area out of kayaks on brighter coloured spinnerbaits.  There were a few Golden Perch landed downstream of Scots Weir on TN60 Jackalls and Spinnerbaits.
