About the news, last Friday there were 87 cars and trailers at Shady Camp ramp. Almost unheard of up there. They say there were over 100 on Sunday. I think there were 160 one night a few years ago at Awoonga when it was at its peak. They are having an awesome season up there. I hope it lasts until March 31st. Carmor Plains here I come.

They recognised the issue up there a fair while ago Dave, this year is the first that the Mary hasn't been closed to recreational anglers during the breeding season. I think it is still completely closed to the pro's, has been since the '80s.
