Pretty fish. Think I saw Robson Green catch one through the ice on an episode. Edible?

Yeah, 35cm legal. Didn't measure this one but would guess low 30s.

The Australian Grayling is a different specie to the one Robson Green caught in Russia.

Where did you get that one Craig?

That's an Arctic greyling from the Mcleod river in Alberta, Canada.
I have caught an Australian Greyling though in Tasmania.
