Craidon69:
Thanks Guys,

I'm thinking a 1 piece Daiwa "Cranky" Generation Black rod. Never used a "Generation Black" rod, anyone got any feedback?

Cheers
Craig

p.s What else does everyone chase up Ippy way once the Bass season is closed? Or does everyone just hit the dams?

Luckily the dams  fish their best in the winter months. :)

Still need to get to a dam...

Daiwa Generation Black are very good value for money.  Also have a look at the Omen 13 range.  I've got a Generation Black Beef Stix and it's got a lot of grunt, more rod than you're looking for though.  The Cranky would be a good pick.

Thanks Dale,

Ive seen them down on the tweed for about $140 which I thought was a good price. Hoping Charltons is about the same price! If any good, also thinking of a Itchy Twitchy for a bass setup. New rods will mean new reels too! LOL

Cheers for the advice.

Craig
