Hi people been along time since I shared anything on here here is a clip i whipped up of a recent COD trip.

Absolutely awesome. Perhaps some decent hiking boots could be in order though .... ouch !!! That's dedication. :o

ha ha ha ha yeah i had some really good Orvis ones but they were a tad slippery so i ditched em and took my chances in my pluggers. hahahaha

yeah mate real skinny up until when we fished the river level was really low that and big numbers of fish with not much food I'm thinking was the issue.

Yeah low water would explain it - seem that before especially in the seasonal tropics of the north - up to a point the predators get fatter as the water levels drop - but after they've eaten themselves out of house and home the condition starts to drop off..

Yeah haven't been too bad mate - works been a bit quite and mainly desk top stuff which isn't my favourite - got a couple of days field work in Cape York next month tho - that'll cheer me up  ;)

BTW Andrew love your vids mate - good work - we'll have to get together to harass a fish someday - I've gone to the dark side lately (rustwater) - Jewies have become my southern barra...
