Wild Rivers - need rec fisher support
« on: July 29, 2013, 12:31:30 PM »
Its great to see that Traditional Owners from the southern Gulf and Lake Eyre Basin are coming out in support of maintaining Wild River declarations in Qld - it would be good if rec fishers could do the same considering how Wild River declarations do help maintain the undeveloped status of a number of great Qld rivers that we hold dear i.e. Gregory- Lawnhill Rivers, Cooper Creek, Wenlock River - if you're really motivated please write a letter to Premier Campbell and let him know that as a rec fisher you think retaining Wild River declarations is a good thing !
