Title: Billabong fishing

A very recent trip, fishing was low on the priorty list but we did get a quick one in at lunch time.

Some pretty rugged looking country there mate.  Great Shots and awesome fish too.  Out of interest mate what do you do for a living that allows you to get out and around in a heli ?

More likely a Gov't position, and quite honestly, I couldn't think of a better way for my taxes to be spent.  Thanks for sharing your day Dick, as usual pics are awesome.

Community Landcare, not Gov. the chopper is the cheapest means to access some areas cut off by rivers, ranges etc. I put away close to 10 litres of water yesterday.

Awesome country mate, thanks for sharing.

Your ears may have been burning the night of Holloween where I went to a party across the road talking around a camp fire to a fella known as Graham, didn't get his last name, who knew you when he lived at Kununurra working for Wesfarmers from memory when you used to manage properties up that way.

Small world!!!

He only had praises for you mate, nothing bad said. If there was, I couldn't remember, too much rum consumed that night. ;D
