Wivenhoes permits.
« on: October 21, 2014, 07:59:54 AM »
There was something here re the signage at Wivenhoe about when a boating permit was needed so I wrote to SEQ water for a ruling.
Here is part of the response.
" Regarding boating permits for Lake Wivenhoe – vessels with electric-only power or a 4 stroke motor under 4hp does not need a permit. Please note that the boating permit system is being reviewed, but no decision has been made regarding changes to that system."
I would assume that the same would apply at Somerset.
 Cheers
Ray
