Did a trip up to Lake Gregory and rather than re-write it all here's a link to the report I've put a few links in it ti Sweetwater and closed season info and sips.

Thanks for the report Paul!

They certainly looked pretty active on the fish finder. Nice 50cm Bass too BTW.

I fished Lake Gregory for the first time in March this year and absolutely loved it, especially fishing surface late in the afternoon. :youbeauty

The Duckpond is ripper little lake. Produces some stonking fish at times.....  :youbeauty

It is a good foul weather lake as well. I remember spending nearly a week there a few years ago when my Annual Lenthalls trip was buggered because it was flooding.
No problems at Lake Gregory, even had the advantage of a drift speed that high due to the wind I didn't have to wind the lures in, just twitch em as we blew across the lake, and it was still fishable.
