For those in the area Saturday 7th of November see's Bathurst RSL carp Blitz and 20th November is Sofala's Carp Blitz , kids fishing clinics , fly casting coaching , prizes , raffles etc . Aslo a good run of native fish in the rivers will see anglers tangle with Murray Cod , Golden Perch , Silver Perch , Catfish as well as the imports , Trout , Redfin as well as Carp .
The dams in the area are fishing red hot so its worthy of a couple of days in the area , Windamere is producing cricket score numbers of Golden Perch , Burrendong is also fishing well for Goldens and Silvers .
Will be a great couple of days , plenty of water and fish !
