Sunshine Coast Fishing Report 21 November 2012

Noosa: 
Elbow slapper whiting in the lower river and Weyba Creek. Flathead and whiting from the frying pan and Noosaville stretch. Trevally to 3kg and jacks feeding in the Sound were cruising the Gympie Terrace area. Mangrove jacks, school jew, GT's and threadfin salmon were in pretty good numbers at Jew Hole near the mouth of Lake Cooroibah.

Good catches of yellow belly and saratoga at lake MacDonald and Borumba Dam.

Maroochydore:
A few dart along the Maroochy North Shore. Tailor to 2kg from Twin Waters stretch and Godfrey's Road in the evenings. Trevally at the Twin Waters Weir area and in the South Channel . Flathead are feeding throughout the river system with good numbers of average size fish. Mud crabs in Eudlo Creek.



Kawana:
Jew and tailor from Point Cartwright rocks at dawn and dusk. Tailor and bream from the Kawana rock wall. A few whiting, jack and cod from Parrearra channel and McKenzies bridge. Trevally in the lower river around the herring schools. Mud crabs in the upper reaches. 



Caloundra:
Flathead on the drop offs between the bar and Bell's Creek entrance on drifted pilchards. Mangrove jack in Coochin Creek and the
canals. Big whiting to 44cm from the mouths of Bell's Creek and opposite Golden beach. Whiting, flathead and mangrove jack in Currimundi Lake.
