Post by: UBK on November 07, 2011, 12:44:03 PM
Hey guys, myself and my uncle were thinking of taking our yaks out to bigW for a crack on friday evening and saturday morn.
Problem being I have never fished there... so where the heck do I start?  :o lol
Has it been fishing any better lately? Also where would be a good are to head towards for a start?
Any help would be muchly appreciated :)
Cheers
Ben

Dunno where the fish are, but why not camp at Logans and just launch from next to your camp site.

Yeah my uncle was talking about that campsite I believe! Sounds like it might be the go...What in the way of lures? Was just thinking of going some surface in the morn and evening and spinners/blades other times..?

You'd be better off throwing spinnerbaits in the morning and evening where you would normally throw surface lures.
