Title: fishing dumaresq creek

Hey guys, I'm from the gold coast, my partner is heading down to university of new England for a couple of days next week and i thought i might tag along to do some fishing  ;D. I've never fished there before so i was wondering if i could get some advice, like where can I land base fish as i don't have a boat and lures/leader setup etc. thanks in advance.
