Follow A3 (Hume Street) to Reis Road in Highfield and turn left, then follow Reis Road and veer left into Kleinton Road, then turn left onto Oakey Meringandan Road at the T, take the next right onto Kleinton School Road, then left onto Klein Road, then right onto Cooby Dam Road.  Simples.

According to the Toowoombe kayak Fishers on stalk book  it fishes well for yellas and the occasional cod ,just like you have planned. The reports come in consistently so I guess you're a chance.
