Thanks Fitz, for the link, I want one and was hoping for a camo but would be happy with Orange or Blue , they look like a great single man canoe seat looks the goods too
 I will watch this space for when they arrive, looking forward to exploring the Dawson again this summer in one

22kg for a 13 foot boat is pretty light I woulda thought. Compare that to around 28 - 32kg for your average sit on top 13 footer. What is the Discovery 119, I think 20kg. Or you could order fibregalss or royalex and pay double or three times as much as plastic to save maybe 2 - 4 kg.

I would assume the seat would flow thru as a spare part. Are you thinking of trying to fit the seat into a Discovery 119?

Should be in Brissy early October

 I had a friendly paddle in an aspire 105 today now im more keen to see the Old Town Next, as its the same width but about 75cm longer and yet only 1 lb heavier
