Title: hospitality and Kinchant dam fishing for an italian fisherman traveller
Post by: volabass on March 06, 2014, 05:02:14 PM
Hi, I am a 27 y/o italian traveler in this far away country, my DREAM is to fish a barramundi in the Kinchant dam.

In one month I plan to be in Queensland and to come to Macay, is someone interest to give me hospitality and take me fishing Barramundi?
We could talk about payment or an exchange with Italian accommodation! I made the same in Missouri, USA and it was a great experience!

Let me know, my number is 0435958090.

Many thanks  :thanks,

Alberto

Good luck Alberto.  When you get to Mackay I'd suggest visiting the local tackle shops.  You never know who you might meet there.  You could also ask them to put you in touch with the Mackay Area Fish Stocking Association.

Thanks aussiebasser !

Do you usually use left or right hand reel in Australia??

I use a right handed baitcaster and a left handed Threadline no matter which country I'm in.
