The 10th annual Noosa Festival of Water will take place on the 29th June this year, at the Noosa Botanic Gardens, Lake Macdonald Drive, Cooroy. Last year’s 2013 Festival was the biggest to date and we plan to aim higher again with more activities, entertainment and displays aimed at celebrating the special attributes of the adjacent Noosa and Great Sandy Biospheres, which make the region the most liveable place in Australia.
The Lake Macdonald Catchment Care group gratefully acknowledges the support of the Sunshine Coast Regional Council, Seqwater, the Burnett Mary Regional Group, the Mary River Catchment Coordinating Committee, Noosa Biosphere Ltd, Noosa & District Landcare, Viking Kayaks, Noosa River Fishing Safaris, Noosa Standup Paddle, Hooked on Angling and Outdoors, and hundreds of volunteers throughout the region who donate their time to ensure the success of the Festival every year.
