Fernvale update

I just spent 4 hours trying to get home from work, and here I am back at work, I got within 5 km.  It is possible to wade from the Pie Shop to Woolworths, just be careful, you could step in a hole where the asphalt has washed away.  Water and power have been turned off to Fernvale Island.   Have a neighbour feeding I'ze.

Stay dry Dale, it is not a time to bring out the kayak unless in an extreme case.

As a young bloke I had thoughts of paddling the length of the Murray.  How long would it take at the moment.
