Title: collages crossing morning sesh

Good afternoon
 Today we fished in Brisbane river got 26cm bream a nice spangled perch . Couple of gar and bucket full of grunters all for BBQ tonight.

They look like bream . Introduced from fnq I think . There is a lot in lake wivenhoe . Some times I just feed them to pelicans . Barred grunter is pest fish in se Queensland. Today we were catching so many we decided to keep them to eat . Only took me half hour to clean all the fish on a mat with a friend to hose off mat every time . Now we got a few kg s of fish bites  . Best way is to just gut and scale them then cook whole.

The barred grunters were delisious . We put onion garlic Thai basil and butter in there belly wrapped in foil and cooked them on open flame . Cooked to perfection . Just have to be careful not to eat fish bones.
