Title: moogerah dam
Post by: chefany on October 05, 2014, 01:22:26 AM
I'm planning a trip out to moogerah in fortnight. But I don't know where public access is, we have only been to the dam wall area. Don't need a ramp for our boat, its a large inflatable. Any info appreciated, thank you Andy

If you are coming from the Boonah road you would have turned right into the picnic area, instead continue on about a km or so, you will cross a grid then after a sweeping bend there will be a tun to the right, this takes you into the camping/recreation area. It is day use or overnight, there are endless areas for you to launch there from a gentle sloping grassy bank..

Cheers

Put Muller Park Road into your GPS.

Search the "Fishing locations" section of this forum. Plenty of info in there.
