Closure of Shale Rd access to the Mersey River for opening weekend of the 2014/15 season

Due to weather damage of a DPIPWE gauging station on the Mersey River at Latrobe, the boom gate at Shale Rd. has been shut and locked. The closure will be for this weekend 2 & 3 August 2014. The damage will be cleared during next week enabling access to be reopened.
