Title: winter Sara

been off the water awhile now with a bad back could only manage about an hour paddling but its rewarding getting a Sara in winter,  Its strange last year I picked them up in ever month of the year

You are keen wading in the water at this time of year. Brass monkey stuff by now surely.

Dave,mate the water temp was not too bad, that spot was sheltered from wind, had shallow water and faced west so it got the last of sun the day before, if I were a Toga thats where Id stay in winter

never caught a saratoga is there a good place around brisbane we could try for fishing toga? Also whats the best method , diving lures livebait ?

Borumba Dam is the best saratoga location in SEQ. Best method IMHO is fly fishing.
