Did another afternoon run on Wivenhoe. Went back to a really good school I found on the weekend, they were pretty tight lipped so left them for a look elsewhere. In a quick try the fish didn't want to hit blades, Jackals or plastics so I left them.
Ran the sounder down into Billies Bay & found some ok numbers from 25 - 55 feet. Did some casting of hard bodies into the edge and ended up with a couple of fat mid 40s bass from around the 15ft mark.
