Police from Stanthorpe were surprised to find an ‘Endorfinn’ brand kayak on the New England Highway on Sunday 5 October.

The kayak was on the highway between Stanthorpe and Wallangarra close to the Queensland/New South Wales border. It is believed that the kayak may have come adrift from a trailer being towed by a motor vehicle with the driver being unaware.

Due to the date it was located it is highly likely that the owner may have been returning home after the September School holidays.

If you believe the kayak is yours please contact Stanthorpe station on 4681 6400. A description and proof of ownership will be required to claim the property.
