Well doing my bit for increasing carbon emissions, driving around in circles so my young bloke can tick the 100 hour box, I decided may as well go look at the dam since the closed notice went out the other day.

I can confirm it is the Montville end that is shut, I can also confirm it is a formality, looking at it - its not been usable for the last 1/2 mere of water drop. Wouoldn't even try to launch a kayak there, the ground of the ramp is very soft and very rocky. Use the southern end.

From the top of the ramp down its starting to look like Awoonga!
