Flood damage closes Corra Linn Public Reserve

Corra Linn Public Reserve is closed at the moment because of flood damage and we’re not sure when it will be open again.

Found on the banks for the North Esk River, about 15 minutes south of Launceston, we visited the Corra Linn Public Reserve last week and it’s not looking good. The toilet block cannot be used at all, there is a lot of flood debris all over the reserve and damage to fencing.  There needs to be some some major repairs and a lot of cleaning up before the reserve can be opened back up to the public.

To know if the site is open again keep an eye on our website or Parks and Wildlife Service Tasmania.
