Hinze Dam – Eastern boat ramp will re-open from Friday 4 October (Thursday, 3 October 2013) - SEQWater
The eastern boat ramp at Hinze Dam will re-open to the public from 6.00 am on Friday, 4 October 2013.
The eastern boat ramp recreation area (off Range Road) was closed in January 2013 due to a landslip on the internal access road.
The necessary rectification works have been completed, allowing the site to be re-opened.
The western boat ramp recreation area (off Nerang-Murwillumbah Road) will also remain open to the public.
Note – fuel-powered vessels are not permitted on the lake at Hinze Dam.
