The West remains dry as it rains in the east
     

The Weather Bureau says an increased number of high pressure systems in the South-West of WA has caused the state's unusually dry winter.

Not gonna stop raining over here either. Insanely stong SOI patterns rolling on. There is a good chance we could be looking at a 1 in 100 year event.
