Little Pine Lagoon car park improvements
04-06-2012 - TAS IFS

As part of ongoing investment in infrastructure at popular waters IFS has recently upgraded the car park at the Little Pine Lagoon dam wall. Little Pine Lagoon is arguably Tasmania’s premier fly fishing water and is currently the 5th most popular lake fishery in the state based on angler numbers and effort. The parking area is well patronised by anglers fishing the Untouchables Shore and Western Shores of the lagoon. The car park and access tracks were severely rutted and uneven with large rocks protruding in many locations. The access road and car park area have been graded and top dressed with road base material and will provide a greatly improved all weather facility for anglers.

The new area for parking at Little Pine Lagoon caters for more vehicles at this popular fishery.
