Today's Courier Mail honours Stephen Hamar Midgley in an article in the obituary.

I couldn't find a link to the article, so you will have to get the paper yourself. But I did find a link to an article that outlines his life's achievements.

Worthy of a read, he was a pioneer in Australian Bass research.
