Cooyar Creek is a tributary of the Brisbane River above Lake Wivenhoe. The creek & the Ted Pukallus Weir are stocked regularly with Australian Bass.

Access to Cooyar Creek below the weir is available along the Diangular Highway just south of Yarraman.

Access to Ted Pukalus Weir is via private property.
