The Win TV Monduran Family Fishing Classic is on the 13 & 14 October 2007 and has over $15,000 worth of prizes and give-aways for the weekend, including the lucky draw for a Seajay Boat, Mercury Outboard and trailer. Last year saw over 630 competitors making it one of the biggest freshwater fishing comp in south east Queensland, this year will only be bigger and better. Entry fees are $25.00 for seniors and $5.00 for juniors. There will now no free camping for competitors, a fee will apply. There
will be stacks of chances to win prizes from the many lucky draws.
$500.00 for the heaviest bass caught on the weekend, plus entertainment
Saturday night and a free jumping castle for the children on Saturday
arvo. Monduran Anglers and Stocking Association (M.A.S.A.) will
be cooking up a storm as usual and cooking great tucker for the
weekend at very reasonable prices as well as operationing the
bar.
