Fish Present
Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout, Murray Cod, Golden Perch, Silver Perch, Catfish, Carp, and Redfin.

Stocked Fish
Murray Cod, Golden Perch, Silver Perch and Rainbow Trout.

While Chaffey Dam is well stocked with trout and native fish, it has a earned a reputation as a producer of big European Carp who are will fly takers.

Boating
Chaffey Dam is open to all boating activities. Speed restictions apply in some areas.
Concrete boat ramp provided.

Camping
Camping is permitted on the shore. Toilets and showers (with hot water) are provided. Small boats can be pulled up the shore in camping area when water levels permit.
