Robert Hughes passed away in New York today at 74 years of age.
An avid hunter and fisherman, Robert was one of Australia's most popular Authors.
If you haven't read A Jerk on One End: Reflections of a Mediocre Fisherman (Library of Contemporary Thought) do yourself a favour. It is a book which should be in every fisherman's library.

It's a bit wierd at times that people become more famous and their work more in demand AFTER they shuffle off.
