I think that is what you call that zone of different water temp in the dams.How do you get the sounder to SEE THROUGH it when on the dam.Last time out in the canoe at cressbrook I found when going over the thermos the sounder would show them as the bottom.
It is a cheaper Garmin but normally gives really good pics of the bottom do I need to make it less sensitive.?

Turn the sensitivity down until the clutter on the screen almost disappears.
