Danjera Dam near Nowra

Hi All
I am heading down to Danjera this weekend and I would like to target trout. Can anyone confirm if they have caught trout there, I know plenty have caught Bass, but im specifically interested in trout.

Daniel,
I used to spend a lot of time down there years back and as far as I know it's way too warm for trout. Good country for Bass though. You could try walking the banks of Yalwal Creek too there's some great pools along there

Went down to Danjera this weekend just gone and picked up 5 bass. We got 3 on Saturday night casting lures in and around the weeds and two on Sunday morning trolling around the weeds near the wall.

I say though, I targetted trout for much of Sunday, i.e. trolling trout lures down deep on lead lines with cowbells and caught nothing at all. So even though there are numerous reports of trout been stocked in the early 00's I doubt there are any left. As JD said too warm. We had 20DegC water temps at this time of year.
