The Richmond
« on: September 03, 2013, 12:16:28 PM »
A mate and I fished the upper Richmond the other day just to see how far up the Bass have moved. We only got one fish but it was a very healthy 37cm and fat as mud. I'm assuming this would have been one of the early breeders and not a resident fish. As this river is largely unimpeded by dams these are native fish and not stocked. However these days you never really know. Heading up the Richmond tomorrow from Woodburn.

Yeh Andrew, I like to move about a bit. They say most accidents happen in the home so I try to avoid it.
Cheers mate,
John
