Must have a solid action by the look of those hook marks!

Love old lures like that, I love nothing better than unearthing an old lure and then catching fish on it! Much rather find an old lure the fish probably have not seen before, or at least for a lot of years,  than drop $30 on a japanese lure that the fish see 20 times a week!

I caught my first Bream on a lure on a Mini Dam Buster at the ABT trial BREAM event on the Tweed, way back when.  I guess nobody lure fishes for bream with a baitcaster and no electric motor now, was hard yakka steering the Yammi with my foot so I could cast at the rocks.

Also have Wasp & Mini Buster.
A nice fellow came & gave me a Stinger at the Wivenhoe Convention recently. That filled a hole in my Eddy's collection.

Baz I never actually did that well on the Dam Busters. Had a few in my old box for years & tried real hard to loose them. That was about when they dissapeared from shop shelves.

Cheers,

Fitz..

I got some old dam buster lures in my tackle box. 1 of them is very old. It was before the fake plastic eyed 1s and the eye was just painted on. Has very simple black paint with yellow stripes i think. Im guessing it be over 20 years old as its my bros and he got it when he was young. Got a collection also of mini dam busters and wasps still in the box.

The dam buster use to be good at cooby and the mini dam buster was a little ripper. The wasp i never did have much luck with. Still pull out the mini dam buster and have confidence in catching fish on it.
